All about eyes
Paris Couture Week proved that next season will be all about eyes. Many of the catwalk shows had models with accented eyes while keeping the rest of the make-up very minimal. We saw exaggerated eyeliner at Ralph & Russo (left) while Valentino (centre) opted for a touch of highlighter in the corner of the eyes. But it was Chanel (right) that made the biggest statement with multi-coloured eyes that have us asking, is rainbow the new unicorn?

Chanel’s new scent
Chanel has announced the launch of a new fragrance – its first in 15 years. The brand already has some of the world’s most popular and iconic perfumes including No.5 and Mademoiselle, but this week they announced that Gabrielle will hit stores this autumn. So far, little is known about the scent other than the bottle design (it looks surprisingly similar to No.5), and that the fragrance has been created by Chanel’s in-house perfumer Olivier Polges. This will be his first creation for the luxury fashion house. More to come…
Charlotte Tilbury has unveiled a body highlighter that she claims will make us all look like supermodels. The Super Model Body Slimmer Shimmer contains Charlotte’s own toning FermiProtect, caffeine, aloe vera and allantoin that may help firm and tighten the skin, therefore making you look slimmer. That’s what Charlotte says anyway, but try it out for yourself! Dh214, available at net-a-porter.com
