Are you bored of your routine exercise and want to try something different? Give boxing a shot. Been around for ages but just recently being taken notice of by people (including us!), boxing is a great form of exercise to get in shape. It also helps build strength and getting rid of stress. 

Round 10 Boxing


This club offers over 20 structured boxing trainings each week for different age groups and fitness level. They also have personal training for the people who prefer one-on-one sessions to group classes.

MMA Fitness Centre


The fitness centre offers boxercise – a form of exercise which includes shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punch bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Aimed at people of all ages and fitness levels, these sessions don’t involve actually hitting the opponent.

The Warehouse Gym


This gym has a boxing area and offers FitBox classes – a combination of boxing-specific fitness with techniques to get you in shape. Not only do they have various memberships to suit your requirements, you can also go for personal trainings.

Although, this boutique training studio offers a variety of classes, it’s the Punch class you should go for. A group workout session, you’ll punch for 12 rounds in 45 minutes.
