I experience a sense of bloating frequently. Also, although I have been trying for several months to lose weight, I find that it has not dropped at all. I eat brown rice for lunch and dinner. Do you think this could be a reason for bloating?
If you feel bloated constantly, you should not be eating brown rice; white rice is a better option.
