SHOPAHOLIC

I love shopping. Clothes, accessories, even food, I love it all. But shoes are a weakness. You’ll find me hitting up boutique stores as well as flea markets during my travels, especially in London and Paris.

FOOD FACTS

I always start my day with a healthy breakfast of either porridge or brown rice flakes. Then I have medium-sized meals every two hours. Normally I eat a wide variety of foods, but I try to have broccoli and sweet potatoes often as these vegetables are rich in multi-nutrients and vitamin C.

RARE TIMES

I actually haven’t had a day off in a long time. I’ve been shooting back-to-back this year for Baaghi, Rock On 2, and now OK Jaanu, so it’s crazy! My routine is cyclical: wake up, work out, show up at shoots, return home, eat and sleep. So whenever
I get a day off, I prefer spending it with my parents (actors Shakti and Shivangi Kapoor) and close friends. We usually catch up on a movie and have a good talk.

AQUA GIRL

My secrets to great skin are really simple – I try and drink as much water as possible, always carry a moisturiser and never step out of the house without sunscreen on. I do not go for excessive bling and shine. I’m most comfortable sporting casual looks and being myself.

TUNED IN

I’ve just recently learned to play the piano for my upcoming film, and I like all kinds of music. I find music a great way to unwind. Coldplay is my favourite band. I also love listening to songs by Shreya Ghoshal and Arijit Singh.

BIG APPLE BITES

My favourite place in the whole world is New York! I just love its vibe and going there for holidays whenever I can find time away from work. It’s so much like Mumbai – full of energy, a city that never sleeps.

REEL LOVES

I’m a romantic at heart. My list of ultimate romantic movies are Guru Dutt’s Pyaasa, Titanic and The Notebook. Of my dad’s films, Andaz Apna Apna is my favourite.

CHANCE TO DANCE

I don’t get enough time for workouts, so I substitute dance practices on sets for exercise. I incorporate Pilates into my routine every morning but if not, dancing is a fun way to stay fit and happy. My dance training for ABCD 2 helped me a lot while preparing for the stunts and action sequences I performed in Baaghi.

FISH TALES

My mum is a Maharashtrian so I love home-cooked Maharashtrian food. Rava (semolina) fried fish is something I gorge on. I rarely go out to restaurants to eat.
