SMART GRUB

I can cook, but I don’t enjoy it. If I do need to make something, it will be tandoori chicken. I don’t like the word ‘diet’. My mantra is to eat smart and eat clean; three main meals and three healthy snacks, on weekends too. My guilty pleasure is gluten-free, sugar-free dark chocolate sweet potato brownie on a sizzling plate with dairy-free ice cream. I absolutely love it.

UNWIND AND CHILL

I love to curl up in bed post dinner and watch either my favourite TV show or a movie on Netflix. It’s me-time!

FIT FASHION

Lululemon is the brand I mostly wear, on weekends too, because I work weekends. I love their outfits because even after eight hours of wear, they still look crisp and fresh.

WEEKENDS BE LIKE

My family is my most prized possession. All four of us start our day at different times, so don’t have breakfast together. But we try to spend time together post dinner, and definitely on weekends.

I love all my celebrity clients as each one brings a different challenge for me. Alia Bhatt wanted to wear a bikini for Shaandaar, so we trained her accordingly. More recently Katrina Kaif too wanted to look her best for the foot-tapping number Kala Chashma in Baar Baar Dekho.

I love listening to new pop songs; I often ask my sons and their friends to suggest good music that’s not EDM.

HOLIDAY HAVENS

If I could fly anywhere in the world for the weekend I’d jet off to New York with my husband. We recently went to Croatia with some close friends, and it was such a fun trip. I’d love to repeat that soon.

SO SUSHI

During my time off I enjoy visiting eateries like Smoke House Deli, The Korner House and Tatami in Mumbai for good sushi.

HAPPINESS IS…

A good workout! I don’t work out on weekends as resting your body is very essential for it to recover. My fitness regime depends on where I am. I travel a lot for work. If it’s a city like New York or London in good weather, it will be a walk outdoors. If there’s a beach or pool, it’s swimming, then Pilates. I believe everyone should practise Pilates. It’s the safest and most effective workout for anyone from the ages of 10 to 100.
