Husband pardons wife found guilty of breaching his privacy

Woman was convicted after she copied pictures from his phone

The Ajman Appeal Court has overturned a ruling issued by a criminal court against an Arab woman who was found guilty of breaching the privacy of her husband. She was convicted after her husband accused her of copying pictures from his mobile without his permission.

The appeal court ruling was issued after the man waived the case, a lawyer said on Monday.

The woman was fined Dh150,000 and the court had ordered her deportation.
