Foodies will be delighted to know that Abu Dhabi Food Festival (ADFF) returns to the emirate next month. The 19-day food festival, December 5 to 23, will combine Gourmet Abu Dhabi (December 8-23), Street Feast and the SIAL, a food and beverage trade fair (December 5-7), this year.

This will be SIAL’s first time at the festival.

Street Feast will have more than 60 food trucks across Abu Dhabi (December 15 and 17 at Abu Dhabi Corniche) and Al Ain (December 8 and 10 at the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium).

Food fans have a chance to meet and greet MasterChef Australia judge Matt Preston, Michelin star chef Graham Elliot and Zumbo’s Just Desserts’ Adriano Zumbo, who will make pop-up restaurant appearances and do cookbook signings during the festival.

Look out for Gourmet Golf – a barbeque event featuring a collection of supercars and live music. Experience desert, sea and sky-themed dining at the festival. For the children, there are fun cooking demonstrations called the Kitchen Missions featuring Dora the Explorer, the Ninja Turtles and SpongeBob Squarepants.
