Move over musical fountains – it’s the time for musical fireworks this Eid at Dubai Festival City Bay. On June 26 the night sky in and around the Festival City will come alive with fireworks set to music; the sparkling pyrotechnics display outside will be accompanied by an array of entertainment within the Festival City Mall. From 11pm; free entry.

In the capital, watch live art being created to the rhythm of music at The Galleria, Al Maryah Island – a speed painter will create a huge mural of Abu Dhabi; each brushstroke keeping in step with the music being played in the background. Performances by Ayala dancers are also part of the celebrations at the mall; until June 27.

Nonstop fun is the motto this Eid at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the theme park will stay open all day and night. You can enter the park for free as part of its FreeView promotions and enjoy the 24-hour themed Roller Coaster Rally celebration from 11am on June 25 to 10pm on June 26. There’ll also be a DJ playing hits from the past five decades, lots of live entertainment, games and activities for kids. Qasr Al Sultan is celebrating Eid with delectable food, a firework display and entertainment for the whole family including kids. The firework show will take place on the second day of Eid.
