Four easy pizza recipes to try

Cream cheese, spring onion and olive pizza

Makes 1

1 pizza base
125g grated mozzarella cheese or hard cheese of your choice
90ml cream cheese, flavoured with finely chopped spring onion
6 spring onions, chopped
About 12 pitted black olives
Olive oil, to drizzle
3 spring onions, for garnish

Heat oven to 230°C. Place pizza base on a baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Spoon cream cheese and sprinkle spring onions and olives on top. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Add spring onions and serve hot.

Mushroom and turkey ham pizza

Makes 1

1 pizza base
125g grated mozzarella cheese
285g button mushrooms
6 slices turkey ham
1/2 tsp chopped green chilli
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Olive oil, to drizzle
Watercress

Heat oven to 230°C. Put the pizza base on a baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Arrange the sliced mushrooms and turkey ham on top. Sprinkle chilli and garlic over and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over and place in oven for 10-12 mins. Garnish with watercress and serve.

Caprese pizza

Makes 1

1 pizza base
125g mozzarella cheese, sliced
5 large tomatoes, sliced
11-12 fresh basil leaves
Olive oil, to drizzle

Heat oven to 230°C. Put the pizza base on a baking sheet. Arrange the mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and basil on the base. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle some olive oil over. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and serve warm.

Anchovy, black olive and caper pizza

Makes 1

1 pizza base
125g grated mozzarella cheese
9 anchovy fillets
20 capers
About 16 pitted black olives
Olive oil, to drizzle

Heat oven to 230°C.

Place pizza base on a baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Arrange anchovy fillets, capers and olives on top. Drizzle olive oil over and season with pepper. Put in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
