Good Enough to Eat

Tasty beauty brand Farm House Fresh has launched in the UAE. Its skincare range is made using ingredients such as wild honey, creamy yogurt and pumpkin puree – so you can imagine, they smell good enough to eat. My favourite has to be the Marshmallow Melt Hand Cream (Dh75) and the Honey Lavender Fine Salt Body Scrub (Dh182) – absolutely delicious! You can buy them at the UAE’s Westin Hotels.

Miu Blue

Miu Miu’s new fresh and playful fragrance is perfect for spring. L’Eau Bleue bottles the scents of just-cut flowers and crisp fresh air to create something that’s light on your skin but seriously addictive – I can’t stop wearing it. Dh480, available at beauty counters nationwide.

Game of Fragrances

Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke has been revealed as the new face of Dolce & Gabbana’s The One fragrance. This will be the first fragrance campaign for the brunette star, who follows in the footsteps of previous faces of the brand Gisele Bundchen and Scarlett Johansson. ‘Emilia Clarke embodies perfectly the D&G woman: she is radiant and lively,’ said the brand. ‘Her personality and natural beauty will capture the essence of this new campaign.’ Meanwhile, Emilia’s GOT co-star Kit Harrington will be fronting the men’s fragrance, The One for Men. The final season of Game of Thrones will air on July 16.

Smooth Operator

Clarins Pore Perfecting Kit and Foundation are the perfect solutions for smooth (but not sweaty) skin as temperatures in the UAE begin to heat up. The lightweight foundation reduces the visibility of pores and a two-in-one kit with oil blotting papers and a translucent powder reduces shine. Pop it in your handbag for last-minute touch-ups. The Kit and Foundation are Dh190, refill sheets are Dh70, available at beauty counters nationwide.

Are You Ready for Barry?

Barry’s Bootcamp has had celebrities obsessed with its fitness classes since its first opening in Los Angeles in 1998, and now you can find out what all the fuss is about as it opens doors in Dubai for the first time. Everyone from Kim Kardashian West to Ellie Goulding has tried these high-intensity workouts, which combine cardio and floor exercise to give you the celeb body you’ve always dreamed of. While you can’t expect it to be easy, the fact so many celebrities swear by it has to mean something – right? See for yourself: it’s Dh120 for a single class; 50 classes are Dh5,000. Monthly memberships are available from Dh1,150 to Dh4,770 depending on which package you go for. You’ll find the gym in Central Park Tower, DIFC.
