Banana pie smoothie

  • 4 (over)ripe bananas

    1 litre almond or oat milk

    12 dates, stones removed

    ¾ cup oat flakes

    16 white almonds

    2 tbsp chia seeds

    2 tsp cinnamon

    2 tsp vanilla paste

    1 tsp cardamom

    A pinch of salt


  • Peel and chop bananas, freeze for at least 4 hours.

    Combine almond or oat milk, dates, oat flakes, almonds, and chia seeds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until silky smooth. Divide into 6 small glasses, and serve.
