700g broccoli, cut into 1cm-thick slices
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Marinated goat’s cheese and dried chilli flakes (optional), to serve
60ml extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
1 small clove, crushed
Make dressing: Whisk together oil, lemon juice and rind and garlic in a small bowl; season.
Place broccoli on a tray, brush with oil. Cook broccoli on a heated oiled char-grill plate or barbecue over medium-high heat for 3 mins each side or until just cooked.
Serve drizzled with dressing, topped with marinated goat’s cheese and sprinkled with chilli flakes, if you like.
