Ingredients

  • 100g mixed salad leaves

    240g shredded barbecued chicken

    860g mangoes, thinly sliced

    For Thai dressing, mix:

    4 tbsp lime juice

    1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander

    1 fresh small red thai chilli, finely chopped

    2 tsp light soy sauce


Method

  • Place salad leaves, chicken, mango and dressing in a large bowl; toss gently to combine. Season.
