  • 4 tortillas

    Cooking oil spray

    2 avocados

    500ml sour cream

    Packet of taco seasoning

    450g grated cheese

    2 450g jars of salsa

    6 shallots, finely sliced

    Chocolate writing pens


  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Use clean scissors to cut crosses, tombstones and a spooky tree into the tortillas. Place on a baking tray and lightly spray with olive oil, then bake in the oven for 10 mins.

    Mash avocados into a deep serving dish and spread evenly. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl, stir until blended and then pour evenly over the avocado. Pour the grated cheese evenly over the sour cream mixture, followed by the salsa. Sprinkle on the shallots.

    Using the chocolate pen, draw crosses and write messages on the tombstones. Then, along with the crosses and tree, pop them into the dip and serve.
