  • 500g semolina

    Warm water, as required

    Salt (to taste)


  • Make a dough with semolina, water and salt.

    Let it stand for 20 mins.

    Divide into orange-sized balls and flatten.

    Pierce the flattened dough with a fork and place it on a slightly greased flat pan.

    Let it cook on medium high heat on both sides, about 1-2 mins.

    Serve with salad made of chopped tomato, onion, green chillies and olive oil drizzled over.

    Season the salad with salt and pepper.
