La Tablita's guacamole

The Mexican avocado dip is a key ingredient to any meal

  • 3 avocados

    200g coriander

    3 tomatoes, chopped

    1 white onion, chopped

    Juice of 6 Mexican limes

    2 tbsp salt

    A pinch black pepper

    1 green chilli, sliced (optional, but absolutely recommended)

    Tortilla chips


  • Make sure your avocados are ripe and creamy.

    Mash the avocados and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.

    Place the guacamole in a bowl and decorate with sliced green chillies.

    Serve with tortilla chips or use to dress tacos.
