Pizza with beef salami
2.25g dried yeast
750ml water, at room temperature
412g special pizza flour
75g extra-virgin olive oil
240g tomato sauce
540g mozzarella cheese, grated
540g beef salami
Preheat oven to 180°C. To prepare dough, dissolve yeast in water. Mix in flour, ensuring there are no lumps. Add olive oil and salt.
Lightly knead dough until it does not stick to mixing bowl. Divide into 6 portions.
On a lightly dusted surface, flatten out each portion of dough into a disc that is about 1cm thick.
Spoon tomato sauce evenly over each pizza base, sprinkle with cheese and beef salami.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until the crust has brown specks on it and the topping is golden.
