Spicy chicken nibbles

  • Cooking oil spray

    2kg chicken wing nibbles, excess fat trimmed

    125ml hot chilli sauce, extra

    80ml buttermilk

    75g light brown sugar

    2 tbsp each paprika and salt

    Lime wedges and coriander chutney, to serve


  • Preheat oven to 240°C. Line a large oven tray with foil, spray foil with cooking oil. Mix chicken with remaining ingredients. Place chicken in a single layer on tray; brush with remaining mixture.

    Bake for 25 mins or until cooked through, brushing occasionally with pan juice. Stand for 5 mins before serving. Serve with lime wedges and coriander chutney.
