Sublime smoothie duo

This green and pink layered smoothie is as healthy as it is delicious and beautiful

  • Pink smoothie

    1 very ripe small banana

    100g frozen raspberries

    100g runny plain yogurt

    1 tbsp honey

    Green smoothie

    2 pineapple slices

    2 cucumbers, rinsed

    50ml cold water

    1 tbsp lime juice

    4 fresh mint leaves

    40g fresh spinach, rinsed

    Fresh raspberries, to serve

    Fresh mint sprigs, to serve


  • Combine banana, raspberries, yogurt and honey in a blender. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a jug.

    Wash the blender bowl. Combine the green smoothie ingredients, and mix until smooth.

    Divide the green smoothie among two glasses. Holding the glass at a 45-degree angle, slowly pour the pink smoothie on top. Garnish with raspberries and mint sprigs.
