Ingredients

  • 100g watermelon, chopped

    Handful mint leaves, roughly chopped

    1–2 tbsp rose water ice cubes (optional)


Method

  • Place all the ingredients into a large pitcher and add 1.8 litres water, stir together and store in the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving. Pour into glasses over ice, if you like.
