Hajwala 2: The Mystery Mission, the eagerly anticipated sequel to the UAE’s biggest million-dollar box office hit is currently completing post production at twofour54  having been filmed solely in the UAE.

The action comedy was shot in several locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain and is the latest Arabic production to work with twofour54.

The director and producer made use of the twofour54’s award-winning facilities, including one of its 24 4K edit suites, as well as Davinci colour grading and sound services, over the past 30 days.

The story revolves around a band of outlaw car drifters

Hajwala 2: The Mystery Mission is the sequel to the highest-grossing UAE film of all time, 2016’s action hit Hajwala: The Missing Engine, and revolves around the story of a band of outlaw car drifters. It is directed by Ibrahim Bin Mohamed and Hasan Aljabri.

The cast includes Captain Abdallah Youssef, the Saudi drift champion; Kshouna, a leading female automotive sportsperson; Miral Niazi, an Iraqi actress; Hussein Al Hosani, a young comedian and Emirati actor; Omar Al Hashmi, the renowned drifter; and Abdo Feghali, a famous Lebanese drifter. The film’s crew consists of some 30 individuals with international background and experiences.
