Fly High Fitness summer camps
If you’re looking to ease the transition back from virtual to physical, gymnastics facility and multi-sports centre Fly High Fitness’s summer camps are here to help. With timings that maintain the same routine as home schooling, the programme starting on July 5 includes gymnastics, CrossFit, fitness, studio classes and martial arts.

Mindful Magic Abu Dhabi
This one’s for the whole family – eight sessions of mindfulness launched by Mindful Magic Abu Dhabi through the summer holidays. With the pandemic having affected our lives, the sessions focus on providing the tools and techniques needed to reduce anxiety and improve focus, emotional literacy and happiness. Led by mindfulness-trained teacher Nicola Wakeling, each week has a unique theme that will tie in the five aspects of Move, Breathe, Focus, Create and Meditate. The session lasts for one hour.

Elite Sports Academy’s football sessions
If you’ve run out of ideas for keeping the kids entertained, Elite Sports Academy’s football sessions are here to help preserve your sanity. From July 5–18, children in years one and above can attend training sessions in air-conditioned sports halls that will consist of technical sessions with no contact. Each session will last 45 minutes, with a player-to-coach ratio of 4:1.
Your little ones will be upping their game in complete safety too, as all safety guidelines will be followed by the Academy, including temperature checks on arrival, compulsory wearing of masks by all participants and adhering to the 2m distance guidelines.
