Galeries Lafayette in Dubai has launched its first e-commerce website where customers can shop an array of products by renowned designers, and international brands varying from fashion, accessories, and beauty to home furniture and décor.

"We wanted to create an extraordinary experience where physical and digital shopping merged into a unique international retail universe," said Pascal Abchee, general manager of Galeries Lafayette. "Customers have been asking about shopping our products online for a while. The e-commerce website replicates the store’s multi-category shopping experience, which includes a variety of products, brands, and services."

The website, galerieslafayette.ae, is the brand’s first since opening its first stores in the UAE 12 years ago. "Due to this being such a big milestone to add on to our business it has taken a lot of planning and development, but we are so excited to announce it is finally here," added Abchee.

The website has a wide selection of ready-to-wear collections such as Zadig et Voltaire, Red Valentino and Versace Jeans Couture for women; Hackett, Les Hommes, GCDS, Corneliani for men and Moschino, Stella McCartney, Tartine et Chocolat for children.

The e-commerce store also features unique contemporary brands such as Olenish, Herve Leger, The Volon, Danse Lente, Baum Und Pferdgarten, Mlouye and Alexsandra, along with an exciting home category that includes furniture, accessories and tableware from various brands such as Home & Deco, Tramontina, Chabi Chic, Boska and more.

It also caters to beauty care customers with a variety of brands from clinical such as Lancer, Sarah Chapman, Murad, Grown Alchemist, Ubana to prominent brands such as Estee Lauder, Clarins, YSL beauty, Sisley, and more.

Customers can also request personalised e-gifting cards and festive gift wrapping to complete the order. The e-commerce store offers delivery across the UAE from six to 48 hours for fashion items and from three to six working days for household items with free exchange and return. Alternatively, customers in the UAE can click and collect from the physical store.
