Snow run in summer
As temperatures outdoors are soaring, cool off by participating in the first snow sports competition to be held in the UAE with proper social distancing measures in place. Organised by Dubai Sports Council and hosted at Ski Dubai – Mall of the Emirates, the snow-running event takes place on August 14. Anyone between 18 and 62 years can take part in a 3km run through the snow. Tickets Dh189. On August 15, Alpine and Freestyle competitions are on at Ski Dubai, and it’s free to enter.
