CoComelon!

Little ones are in for a fabulous Spring break this year. The Galleria Al Maryah Island is hosting a CoComelon experience until April 2. The CoComelon zone is on Level 3 at Central Kitchens. Kids can enjoy a fun-filled learning experience in the Melon Patch Academy and the Melon Patch Playground, featuring a combination of kids’ activities like hopper balls, the alphabet carpet, doh-sand, DIY cards and many more arts and crafts. To gain access to the CoComelon zone, guests must simply present a receipt of Dh100 or more from any store at The Galleria, which is valid for entry for two kids from the same family. Believe it or Not!

Interesting experiences await Global Village guests at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! this season and if you haven’t visited yet, there’s still time now that Global Village has announced its season extension. Over and above the many new exhibits, this season saw the introduction of an immersive, multisensory 4D Moving Theatre that features built-in motion and a varied range of special effects, synchronised to make you feel like you’re in the film with the ever-popular Monster Family. Date night

Check out the Manbat Date Festival which will take place at Nasma Central, part of the popular Nasma Residences community in the Suyoh district of Sharjah. The festival kicks off a week before Ramadan, and will take place from 4pm to 7pm every day, continuing during balmy Ramadan nights from 9pm to 1am until the second day of Eid. The star of the show will be the region’s finest offerings of dates. Natural, homegrown Emirati dates along with premium varieties from the Levant and the GCC will be displayed for visitors and will be competitively priced and showcased in various forms from organic to artisanal. Junior Explorers’ Event

Legoland Dubai is all set to welcome guests to join its brand-new ‘Junior Explorers’ event in the Theme Park until April 24, where a fun-filled adventure with exciting family friendly activities will take place. Various challenges await the youngsters at Adventure land to complete, and lead them to treasure to take home. CLYMB all the way up

CLYMB Abu Dhabi, offers climbing courses for guests aged 9 and above under the watchful eye of the facility’s dedicated and assigned instructors to help guests of all ages safely master the art of indoor climbing. Try your hand at Bouldering, Auto-Belaying, Top Roping Group Courses and lead climbing courses. Tournament time

Tighten your laces as the tournament is right around the corner! The Nad Al Sheba Sports Tournament is back for its ninth season, and there are cash prizes up for grabs. Organised by the Dubai Sports Council, NAS Sports Tournament is the biggest event of its kind and takes place every year during Ramadan. This year the competition promises to be fiercer than ever with six categories — padel tennis, running, cycling, volleyball, wheelchair basketball and jiu-jitsu — welcoming hopefuls of all ages and athletic abilities. The NAS Run 2022 will feature races in different categories across a 5km or a 10km course. The 75km NAS Cycling Championship 2022 will also include multiple categories, including a race for People of Determination and amateurs. Finally, the NAS Padel Championships will take place across individual and team categories for Emirati and expat men and women. The tournament goes on until April 17. Krazy Kitchen

Sign up for a Saturday full of tunes and mayhem as the children’s entertainer Magic Phil is joined on stage by Emma Quintin at Kilachand Theatre, Mall of the Emirates. Expect non-stop fun as Chef Mixy and Chef Stiry serve up big laughs in their Krazy Kitchen. Little ones aged four to eight will be enchanted as Magic Phil performs a comedy act filled with songs and lots of audience participation.
